Unfortunately that's how CA is. There are probably some items inside that are considered "cancer causing" per some of the comments on the amazon item so that auto-labels them as unable to be shipped to CA. I had to order a shower head for my sister in law because it wasn't allowed to be shipped to CA due to lack of a water flow regulator or some crap like that.

Looking at the manual it appears that the dual port does the following:

When charging with both ports it charges 50W via usb-c and 18W via usb-a.

When charging with only usb-c it charges at 60W. St

May 7, 2022 Tried to order this twice because the first time it didn't come with the 10ft USB cable. 2nd one didn't either. I ordered the configuration Charger + 10ft USB-C Cable but only got the charger both times.
