I bought mine for a lot more than this. Bought mine years ago so maybe they changed, but from my experience: The handles have very fragile threads. They stripped without any effort. I am very mechanically proficient and did not apply much torque.
I shoved half a toothpick in each hole and tightened it snuggly and it's been holding for years.
Edit: I'm dumb…I got the 36"
