Spotty reviews but I've found that with stainless steel clad pans like this it's usually user error not understanding how to heat or season the pan. Anyway, lowest on ccc, roughly $70 below retail but that retail is inflated. Realistically for the specs/brand this should be like $45.

    Really? Anolon is pretty well known and is sold at major retailers. Typically finds its way to TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Home Goods after the fact.
