That distinction went out the window a couple years ago. Now all Ridgid batteries can be registered for the lifetime service agreement whether purchased as part of a kit or not.

You can buy 5 at a time, so I bet these will be gone quickly. looks like you can sell just the charger for about $100 for anyone just needing more batteries.

Can't imagine it would be cancelled, especially as a deal of the day, seems like a basic Ridgid sale. Unless you really value the dual charger and/or 2ah batteries it's a regular deal imho of buying Ridgid and Ryobi for over 20 years

Are the batteries not covered by LSA because they are purchased as a kit? I forget how it goes

This is an awesome deal for the dual charger and 4 batteries. I actually don' have any 2ah. Those are nice for the lighter weight when you don't need long run times.

I will say though, the $525 "regular" price is laughable.

I may be wrong, but because it's bought with a charger, it's considered a kit so you get the LSA.

Forget 3 years. You can't even get a hold of anyone to claim its warranty. Many authorized repair center on their list is no longer valid. They stopped their contract with Ridgid since Covid. Even HD would tell you to contact Ridgid directly. Their phone number is worse than SS. Their chat service will tell you to find authorized store.
