Half of the items in cart will go out of stock before they deliver and there's nothing you could do to modify/cancel the transaction. This makes it really hard to estimate the actual total before they start preparing your order.
It doesn't make sense to add more extremely overpriced items to the cart just to make sure the total doesn't dropped below $40 during delivery.
