I saw it before for $30 - $15 coupon = $15 net and the collapsed legs look more solid. And hoping the hard plastic legs will hold up (and travel) better than thin metal legs. But then again at $8.46 it is a no brainer if you don't have one.
Also... if you have a larger phone, most likely the spring loaded phone holder won't fit yours. You'll have buy a separate larger one or one of the twist to tighten ones. Some of the better ones have a rotate between portrait and landcape feature which is really nice. The cheapest I've bought one of those holders was $5 on eBay so $15 on a tripod with one of those included (like my example) is a wise buy if you have a larger phone.

This also had me rabbit hole for about 15 mins looking at other similar options, and these were the best prices by atleast $2... so my 15 mins of time saved me $4-5, so my search time is worth $16-$20, ugh big fail 😭
