DON'T buy from mint - best buy has the same deal and you can activate past 45 days but mint is really strict about the activation expiring after 45. You've been warned.

Last year I bought the 3 mo 10GB plan for $30 in June and didn't activate until December when I got the 3 mo extra for nothing.

I don't believe they enforce the 45 days limit.

Bought two $15-plan sim kits for a total of 90+plus tax. Received both Amex offer emails right away (10% wireless and 45 off 90). Used a CB site for another $10. Didn't bother with referral since no plan to renew. Total $25+$15 tax/fee for 12-month service (plan to activate the 2nd kit next year during promo period).

I'm not sure where someone would likely be tricked. It's pretty straightforward. Buy 3 months upfront at the normal price of $15/month and get an additional 3 months free. It would average out to $7.50/month.

Bought it today at around 2:30AM,I did click from the earlier black Friday sale page,at check out, there's no showing of free months either.

At 8:16 this morning,got shipment Email and the item description in it is 2022 holiday B3G3.

It has already been at Bestbuy for some time, not something new. Please specify $45 for 6 months mint 4 GB plan.

You didn't specify which plan we were talking about so that's a moot point. This is something that Mint has offered multiple times in the past. No one is claiming it is new. No one is trying to trick anyone. It is a straightforward offer. Get it or don't.

Best Buy and Mint Mobile are not the same company. No one has claimed this is a new offer other than to say for new customers. Just because it was available at Best Buy does not mean it was available directly from mintmobile.com.
