If you're getting your hopes up about this, and thinking you'll be "the exception" to all the negative experiences...prepare to be disappointed. Read the previous thread about last week's Walmart + promo. There are 10+ pages of complaints. Walmart didn't even have the "Buy" button at noon, it was immediately replaced with OOS. I repeatedly refreshed the page from 11:40 - 12:30 and it was constantly OOS.

Walmart isn't trying to sell TV's, they're selling W+ memberships. I was gullible too, and paid for the membership, and thought I'd get a TV...at 12 noon, in the middle of the day, when MILLIONS of people were watching this highly promoted sale. Nope. Instead, I got the 55" from another SD post for Target for $199 on Sat night at 2am. Already have the TV in hand. That thread is full of positive experiences.

Granted, one guy said he went into the physical Walmart, and at noon they price matched the TV with the online price, and he walked out with it. Might be the way to go. Otherwise, don't get your hopes up. Another "deal" at noon that sounds "too good to be true".... Fool me once... Just my 2 cents. Good luck!

I bought one of these 3 years ago when it sold for $300. Still going strong.

If they keep it OOS, like it currently is, until noon on the 7th, there's a better chance of getting one. The Hisense deal last month didn't start until 12 noon, but Walmart let those that bought earlier at a higher price get adjustments.

Call CS, they will ask you to go ahead and sign up for paid membership (monthly) and get the deal. You can call back tomorrow to cancel the membership and get refund the money.

I have 2 of these 55" 4 series TCL Tv's from '20 and '21 when Walmart ran similar deals. IIRC the model numbers were 55S20 and 55S21 but they're pretty much the same TV as each other and I assume similar/identical to this 55S41. No issues with wither one of them as secondary TV's in the bedroom and gaming/workout rooms. For under $200 it's a pretty solid buy if you have a need.

Just ordered one delivered from the Walmart app. No problems ordering. I did add the $30 insurance for 4 years as their warranty is not great.

I'm in the same boat regarding not getting delivery. I signed up for a monthly plan that I'm cancelling later and snagged 2 but it told me out of stock the first time I tried to buy

What I'll say about Walmart+ is, I've ordered things through Walmart for the last couple of years. Just doing the order atleast 35$ or more and ship option. The day I became Walmart+ member, all my items got delayed in shipping massively. Everything went from arriving in 3-5 days normally to 10-12 days. Certain things would arrive quickly but other things, and things I would order quite often. And their customer service completely ignored me.

The moment I canceled. Everything went back to what it was before. And whenever I had an issue their customer service didn't ignore me lol 🤦

I personally feel this is Walmarts way of making a decent profit. Notice how there's no 30 day risk free trial. If they get 10% of their customers doing W+, that's a bigger Black Friday profit than the sales themselves.

Yeah they won't be cancelling these 1000's of orders until as many ppl as they can get to join WALMART + is achieved ... then they cancel the orders tomorrow ... and figure at least 20% of the ppl won't cancel the W+ ... giant win for them
