They were bought by a Chinese company a while back and apparently customer service has taken a hit. Gamers Nexus has an interesting YouTube video about Newegg scamming them.

This deal is great, I paid 599 each for the normal version back to few months ago. Love it every second.

This is really tempting, but I'm holding out for a deal on a 32" 4k OLED monitor

Good monitor. I got the regular M32U for $480 subtotal a while back. Would have preferred the Arm Edition if it was available back then and offered at the same price.

Works well with Intel MacBook Pro.

Ditto! I bought mine back in July and still working beautifully. Huge upgrade from a 1080pi monitor I used to game on

Good deal. I already got a 27" 4k 144hz monitor. However, I feel like 32" is better with 4k than 27".

Nope. Max out at 120hz since it's HDMI 2.0.
