They were bought by a Chinese company a while back and apparently customer service has taken a hit. Gamers Nexus has an interesting YouTube video about Newegg scamming them.

Good monitor. I got the regular M32U for $480 subtotal a while back. Would have preferred the Arm Edition if it was available back then and offered at the same price.

Works well with Intel MacBook Pro.
