Okay, so they are pretty much similar (similar size 13.5" vs 13.3", same expect ratio, same LPDDR4x RAM) except for:
This Yoga 6 with the 5700U is much more powerful than the 11th Gen i7 in Spin 3
Spin 3 has a brighter and sharper display. However, the backlight bleed, which I mentioned in the above comment, can be annoying at times for me especially if I'm in a dimly lit room and despite having the brightness all the way down to the min, it still cranks it up a little automatically due to the bleed
The ports on both of these devices are exactly the same. Spin has Thunderbolt 4 support though via the USB-Cs, two of em
The Yoga has a plastic bottom whereas the Spin 3 has an all-metal build
Spin 3 can be opened with one hand while the Yoga cannot be due to the hinges being more sturdy/stiff
Both are convertibles but the Spin 3 houses a stylus within its chassis, the Yoga does not despite having pen support
The Yoga has a 1080p webcam WITH privacy shutter, Spin 3 has 720p webcam and no shutter
Trackpad on the Yoga is bigger
Better battery life on the Yoga
Speakers are bad on both but I think Yoga's would definitely be better than the Spin 3
One of the most annoying things about my Spin 3 is the narrow AF left and right keys with pg down and pg up above them. I hardly ever hit the left and right buttons in the first attempt
Spin 3 has a much better iGPU (Iris Xe) than the Yoga (Radeon Vega). This might be important for people who'd want to play light games or do light photo editing. The Spin is more adequate for that
Spin 3 does get noticeably warm but only if you block the vents. According to some reviews the Yoga 6 runs warm too
1. Speakers are average at best
2. Screen bleeding is pretty bad. The panel will tend to dim and brighten from time to time (not sure if this is related to the bleeding or something else). Nonetheless, the total brightness is good I'd say, at 340-nits and the screen is gorgeous to view content on
3. Battery life is average at around 5-6 hours max
4. The idiotic need for Acer to put pg down and pg up right above the narrow left and right keys. Can't tell how many times I've hit the pg keys instead of the arrow keys and that's even after using the laptop for 8 months. Had to remap those keys
4. I have the 8GB version and it does get warm, esp if the fans are blocked which would happen if you use it on your lap or on the bed in particular
5. There are 2 rubber stubs on the posterior surface of the lid which prevents the lid from touching the surface you're resting it on. After 8 months of usage the left rubber stub came off just 2 weeks ago. Doesn't pose any threat to the build quality, it just looks esthetically displeasing to me
Other than those cons, I love it. This is a really great device esp at this price. You won't find a QHD+ convertible with a garaged stylus and great selection of ports at this price.
The next best option is the 2022 Lenovo Yoga 6.
Hope this helps.

I picked this up for $637 from a previous frontpage deal this summer. It felt like a steal at that price, so this is even better. Performance is great, battery life is above-average, and with the all-metal chassis it feels like a premium high-end laptop. The touch screen and included pen are really great. I was worried it would feel like a downgrade from my Surface Book 2 (RIP) but I honestly haven't noticed much difference.
My only complaint is that the rear corners of the case are a little sharp. It can get a little uncomfortable when I'm using it on my lap because the corners dig into my thighs a little bit. It's only a big problem when I'm wearing shorts, though.
