can anyone verify definition of b stock? does this mean someone could have returned it within 3 years warranty and they fix and resell IE these could be mining cards with 3 years of hard use on them?

Absolutely nothing wrong with B stock cards. I've purchased many during my mining days and you'd never know them from a brand new unit, at most I saw some scuffs on the pci bracket where it mounts to the case. I am also using a bstock 3090 in my own machine for about 1 year now and zero issues. Don't listen to the people saying "Nope", they have zero experience.
$440 for a 3070 is lame? What should they be, $50?
$440 for a used 3070 is lame. B stock could be an old card that got warrantied or could be a return where the person never used it. Or it could just a be a visual defect on the card. But since I don't know what I'll get, I'll expect it to be the worst case which would be a previously used card that has been refurbished. $440 for a last gen mid tier card that has been refurbished definitely sounds lame to me, but to each his or her own.

I had a b stock 1080 catch fire while I was watching it, they were shocked that it happened. I don't think EVGA has bad cards, these things just happen sometimes, of course they refunded my money.

Not to mention with the amount of these pos's floating around they should cost 250 new
