This is almost same price as blueetti EB 3A at eBay right now with 20% off coupon Is $190. Very similar specifications also which is better I wonder

Came here to ask the same thing about this vs Bluetti. The bluetti, for what it's worth, looks like it had wireless charging on top. Curious on thoughts on each.

Bluetti has far better customer service. Ecoflo will leave you with a paperweight after you buy it. Just try to call the customer service line before you buy it and see what a hassle it will be to return it. They also charge you shipping and it is slow due to the battery. I would avoid them at all cost.Dead on arrival/poor customer service/no customer service number only
Dead on arrival/poor customer service/no customer service number only email. Sent in for repair within warranty and never got it back. I would look at another product.

This ships from and returns to Amazon. You can drop it at ups and they handle the rest. Received refund within hours.

This EcoFlow has UPS mode and can provide battery backup to attached devices up to 300W. The Bluetti can't do that so it has limited secondary utility. Just watch out for the 30ms switchover time.

I wasn't able to contact them via phone either when I received a DOA battery. However, they did resolve my issue via email. Wasn't as quick as I would have liked though. They did send me an insulated hot water cup, blanket and tote bag for my troubles though Smilie

Interesting. Most other posts point the opposite direction where Bluetti has non existent customer service.
