    I never said I was going to do a warranty claim, me asking about the warranty of the cable does not mandate that I'm going to file a warranty claim. plus if I buy multiple $6 6ft cables it'll give me some peace of mind in case I decide to. Get out of here with your unnecessary judgment.

    Lots of cables have lifetime warranty, like several Anker models. I have a few Amazon basics higher end cables that have lifetime warranty. My cables tend to last 4 to 5 years. I have had a cable or two fail prematurely and the lifetime warranty was handy both were anker cables.

    these are actually really nice cables. I had trouble using cheaper cables in my car for Carplay. The audio would continually cut out due to the cable being unable to handle specced throughput.

    I picked up one of these a few years ago and have had zero problems with it.
