Direct from the Treasury thru treasurydirect.gov or a brokerage like Schwab, Fidelity, etc.
Can you please guide how can I do this with Fidelity. Too many search results in Fidelity for T-Bills. Thanks

Barclays just raised their savings rate to 3%. Was going to move my money out when they were at 2.4%, but now I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble for an extra 0.5%

Link works for me.

I'm wondering if Capital 1 will adjust up anytime soon? If you sign up now I assume if they go up they will apply to existing accounts? The $1,000 bonus is nice and it's a big bank with good ratings.

My favorite bank of all of them listed. Site and app work very well and never have any issues. Have had good service when I had a technical issue.

What about Robinhood? They offer 3.75% for money that is uninvested. Seems like a better option?

The current frontrunner Merchant's Bank of Indiana [merchantsbankofindiana.com] has a slight lead on them at 3.82%, plus some of us would rather not support Robinhood anymore after the whole Gamestop debacle.

Dont forget to figure in the $5 a month to join RobinHood, and the fact that they are not taking new members even if you wanted to.

I made a choice to go with Wealthfront, $30 bonus to start, and 3.3% interest

It is a cash settlement account, that pays interest, but gives most of what a bank checking account does.

I get a debit card, I can send checks, and have no limits on how many transactions per month

and its insured by the Fed

and if you choose, you can buy bonds or stock as well

Interesting, didn't know any the $5 fee, I've had RH for years. Thanks for the info and an alternative place!

The wife and I just moved some of are savings over to Upgrade. I previously had a loan through them. They seem legit.
