I had these. While the price is great, these are pretty much garbage. Slow to update. Firmware update reset all of my settings. Poor handoffs between nodes.
I was disappointed as I used to be a huge fan of Netgear. When I tried to contact support, they want money just to talk to them about what the routers were doing.
They do have decent range, which is a plus. But not as good as a stronger single router. So if you're looking for mesh because of 1-2 rooms with shaky signal, try a better single router setup first. Asus lets you add and mesh with most routers, which is what I went with. Haven't had the need to add anything.

I have these. PAIN IN THE ASS to setup initially with my starlink - but eventually it came through. I had to put a hub between my mesh and starlink modem for some reason to get it to work.
Didnt have that issue with my previous mesh - it just took the ip dynamically from the starlink router. Anyway - it works well and the coverage is decent.

- main router in basement
- one satelite in 1st floor
- second satellite in 2nd floor
also, can each have their own network ids or it's shared from the main router?
