Last time we went to Red Robin, the burger patty was smaller than a drive through burger patty, the fries were nuclear hot but not fully cooked (weird), and getting more fries took forever. And like another poster said, it was a small handful for only one of US. Once.
This was pre-pandemic, mind you. Can't imagine it's gotten much better post.
I haven't been there in years, but my oldest son says it's extremely difficult to get more fries at the local Red Robin here. Takes forever, and they only give you a few.
YMMV of course.
Same. I'm in Indiana and my city's first opened like 15 years ago. I think the first month you got refills and after you pretty much have to flag down your server and ask for them. Their fries aren't my favorite but I do eat adult drinks while I wait on the food and after if I am still hungry so wouldn't mind more. I only go about once a year but outside of that first year they were open I think I got refilled fries twice. Usually only see the staff get the order and drop off the food and very little in between. Like places that give free rolls or chips will usually come check on the table and offer more, not Red Robin.
We ate there recently in Hagerstown, MD. The burgers were very good, steak fries good, iced tea good, waitress good. They need to turn down the overhead ceiling fans though, had them on full blast and it was chilly in there.

Same. Stopped going when burgers shrunk by 40%, they gave you 7 fries per basket, and the prices increased without maintaining the same level of service.
It used to be pretty great and the food was served quickly. Oh well, there are always other restaurants.
Went to Red Robin about 1 yr ago. The burgers are much smaller. I usually get the burger with a fried egg in it. Usually I can only eat half. This time it was much smaller and I finished it.
Or maybe you have gotten bigger
Red Robin has the best burgers among chain restaurants. Price is a bit higher than McDs, BK, or Carl's Jr. but if you consider the unlimited fries and the 10th one being free, it's reasonable.

Agreed. Have had a hard time finding value at other resturants though. I atleast feel I get enough food for my money at Red Robin.
