  2. From the My Verizon App, tap on the Verizon Up icon on the lower right
  3. Find the section "Featured Rewards"
  4. Claim Offer
  5. Scroll Down page to find "Unique Code"
  6. Click "Use Now"
  7. You will be directed to open Starbucks Rewards App (Android or iOS)
  8. In Starbucks App, Sign into your account or Join Rewards Program (free to join)
  9. Within 24 hours, 150 Stars (enough for free drink) will be loaded to your account
    • NOTE, If you are having issues getting the Starbucks App to open, members are suggesting uninstalling the Starbucks App then clicking "Use Now" Link from Verizon Up Rewards App again which should prompt you to install Starbucks App. After doing so, after logging in to Starbucks Account, you will get message about rewards being added.

Uninstall the Starbucks app, then go back and hit the link. It should bring it up to install. When you login, you should get the message that your stars will be added in 24 hours.

Who pays 350 a month? We have 5 lines and our bill is $230, and that's with one $15 device payment. Should be $100 + $20/line

Link wasn't working for me either in the My Verizon app, so I opened the Verizon Up website in chrome instead and the link worked just fine from there. It opened the sbux app and I got the confirmation message.

Is there any way to redeem the code without the Verizon Up app? I had a friend gift me a code and I don't have access to Verizon up so can I just redeem it somewhere in the Starbucks app?

Great idea! No dice for me in app or website , but I hope this works for other people..

It took me a minute to figure out how to find Verizon up in browser (the SD link didn't take me straight there), so here are instructions:

"My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page [3 bars] select Why Verizon > Get More > Verizon Up."

isn't verizon one of the most expensive phone carriers around? i feel like most deal hunters wouldn't be using their service. I just switched my gf over from them at $70 a month to a free line, but there was also a $15 monthly option too

Each of my lines is $45/month (which includes either a discount on the tablet lines we have or free Disney+) or $35 for a line without the extra "perks" and each line has 50 GB of unlimited and then 25 GB of tethering. GoogleFi would be $40/line for unlimited with 50 GB so for $5 more per month I get more than $5 in added value or I can pay $5 less with the same data.

Just checked and Mint is $30 for 35 GB. For heavy data users Verizon is a fine option and in some instances is cheaper before getting throttled.

Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work for me either. Starbucks needs a way for people to enter these codes manually
