Deal HistoryĀ
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
I've been looking at prices every single day for over a month now hoping to get a deal. This is a VERY good deal.
Usually when it's on sale at this price it's either for military or it's a refurb. You could wait till later but the odds are slim you'll see it at this price again any time soon.
If you don't believe me look up "xm4" in the search bar above and you can see for yourself what the deal history looks like for these.
Basically the headphones by which all other noise cancelling headphones are compared against. These are amazing quality and performance for the price. Highly recommended!
For AMEX cardholders, check for a Best Buy offer ($25 off $250) and add a $5 cheap item to make the total equal at least over $250, you can save around $20.
Or you can buy a $250 gift card using your AMEX card. And then use the gift card to pay for the headphones with some change left on your gift card. Or combine with your rewards and save the gift card balance for a future Best Buy purchaseš
I didn't have a Best Buy offer, but instead a B&H offer ($25 off $250) who also have it for the same price

Missing out on potential extended warranty or purchase protection (depending on credit card) since you're buying with a gift card

āJust can't find any low priced items to make it to 250$. And Best Buy gift cards are not available to pickup today. Stuck at 243$ with taxes. (I know, First world problems )
This, just the hardcase alone is with the price difference.
You can buy the hard case separate. I have these (Sony 004s) and the noise isolation is pretty bad from my experience. People can hear your music when it isn't even loud. Mine were refurbished but I don't think that would make a significant difference there. I am buying the Costco ones. I don't tend to need the hard case but if I do, I'll buy it from Bose for $20. It does come with a soft case.

I use these for Zoom/Teams meetings at work and I haven't had any complaints about not being able to hear me. I have had some complaints about people on the other side saying they can hear every word from conversations going on around me. I guess it doesn't do too well in keeping other voices out in the background.
I ordered these but just cancelled my order. I bought the Bose QC 45 SEs from Costco and was listening to both at Best Buy previously and they sounded pretty much the same. I know these have a very high rating. But if you look on Amazon the rating's exactly the same for the Bose and Sonys. Not just overall but line for line 5 to 1.
Also as I mentioned I bought some Apple AirPod Pros 2nd Gen for when I'm out and about. My original AirPod Pros died on me after 15 months, although I hardly used them. I already have 4 pairs of Skullcandy Grind Wireless on-ear headphones I've used for years and they sound great.

I love these. I don't have a headband creaking issue. Active noise cancelling works well but I don't have anything else to compare with. On a plane they are fantastic. The sound quality is good but I think my $150-250 wired headphones sound better. (I have grado and shure).
These also fold down nicely so I don't use a case much if ever. Only complaint is they get a bit hot but that's due to the closed circumaural design I guess.

That is the question. Tried the bose on but at full expansion it felt like too much pressure on on spot at the top. Wish I can find a place in the sticks to try on the Sony's.

I find the BOSE more comfortable and prefer their ANC, but for music/SQ (especially if you like bass) these are better!
