Great deal if you can get it. As far as the quality of this set, don't expect much. It'll last about 3 years. The washer shakes like crazy, leaks when you use the afresh clean washer mode, and the control panel glitches every now and then. I've had the same problems with the previous model as well.

I've had this combo for 2 years and never had an issue. The "load n go" is easily the best feature. You pour a large amount of detergent in the machine and it draws from that reservoir for like a month. So much better than needing to pour every time you run a load.

Wire cutter rates the LG washer dryer set as the best. Have not had any issues with mine so far

Samsung was the one that had exploding washers. LG had bad fridge compressors

Wirecutter's rating would be based on features, price etc and typically not weigh in on reliability. That's where Whirlpool shines.

Thanks. Ok, so feature wise this deal is better. Does anyone have any insight into build quality between the two stackable whirlpool models? I need to cancel one of my orders & having trouble deciding which set to keep.
