This is $515, isn't that a good deal? Not sure why this is getting downvoted.

MIR plus the rdna3 announcement is going to push prices down even further.

Good point, but as for right now this is the best price fo a 6800XT hands down. Upvote from me, thanks OP for the time and effort to share this deal!

I'm not down voting but I suspect there are people waiting for this to cross the psychological border of $500. Might explain some of the negative scoring.

I think it's just the Newegg hate which I can't fault with all the recent Newegg controversy

Good deal but i rather buy anything through amazon for now. Free returns until january, so just in case prices go down even further.

With RDNA3 around the corner, I'd say wait, but at this price, I'm guessing this will cost & perform similarly to a 7700XT (just a complete guess but likely not far off). If you absolutely can't wait, I doubt you'll regret too much getting this, but I'd still wait until RDNA3 release. Either way, I hope the lower AMD prices will bring stiff competition to Jensen's ludicrous pricing.

Newegg has only 3 6800xt in stock when you tick the sold by newegg option. Not and expert here but to me that doesn't bode well for those that keep waiting for lower prices.

Timely and relevant video from Linus & team on this card too (6800 XT). With proper tweaking, this thing gets ridiculously close to a 3090/3090 Ti, at a fraction of the price, and roughly trades blows with a 3080.

False. At least not till March April as the 6800xt hasn't been replaced yet.

And why would they sell below cost? So, yep. That's what I pulled the trigger on the msi. It has a beefy cooler and only $5 more. I don't trust the stock situation. There's tons of ampoo, but not 6800XTs.

And if anyone has a decent memory, lowest prices are the first two weeks of November. BF has been garbage products and slightly higher prices (bc marketing tricks dummies into thinking BF us lowest). This has been going on for 3 yrs with electronics.
I don't see why the trend wouldn't continue except for products with massive overstock (ngreedia excluded).

Just my personal buy triggers but I'm hodl until I find a 6700XT ~$325, 6800XT ~$425, or 6900XT ~$525. Add another $50 for the XX50 version. Crossing fingers for Black Friday or I'll sit on my RX580 until it dies.
