Have had the leather case since launch and still looks brand new. Clean mine frequently with disinfectant wipes, but no issues with discoloration.

iPhone 12 minis have their own cases. When I went to the Apple Store the staff there recommended that I get those instead of a case for an iPhone 13 mini since I have the 12.

I received the same message . I have no idea what they did to verify my identity? I had an AT&T credit card and AT&T account. What else did they need to know ? I'd say the cancellation was not in good faith .

Same here. Tried ordering twice with different credit card and received the same cancellation emails
