False. The breville pan is bottom clad only. It's clearly visible in the pics.

If you want full clad, Tramontina has 2qt one for $39 right now.

It's true. This is 3 ply throughout, with an additional encapsulated disc on the bottom. There's aluminum throughout, with more on the bottom. Cristel Casteline has a similar construction.

Quality has more to do with the vendor's requirement when they enter into a manufacturing agreement with the factory and has less to do with national origin.
