These are solid little work tables made by Keter in Israel and are sold by several different companies. Each version is basically the same, but they can have widely differing features like clamps, t-track, router table, etc. This Hart version is pretty basic, but also cheaper than the rest.
I grabbed one and have been using with my log splitter. I didn't have the means to weld and fabricate one of the cool ones people make. This worked out very well. Held an entire table of big oak while splitting.

Purchased a pair of these when I saw them for $30 clearance in store. Huge upgrade from working on saw horses. Husky makes a similar version with more features which I will pick up to go with these if it ever goes on sale
