For my watch experts, would any of these be a good investment for long term increased value? Like Rolexes I mean?
No. Buying luxury goods can't be a good investment unless you found a very unique item. You can find pretty much every watch you want on chrono24 and more importantly, riches wear an apple watch.
Just sign up for the Chase Sapphire Reserve, this will be the one purchase that will qualify my for the sign up bonus
I hope the deal is still active when the card arrived
They crazy.
You can buy the new 41mm "unworn" for 15K-16K.
I own one Omega, the Sapphire sandwich manual moon watch. Paid 7200 plus 720 for tax. Totally not worth it. But by buying the Omega and a Tudor, they founding it within their hearts to call me 3 months later to be given the privilege of purchasing one at retail. These AD retail employees think they are somehow gods on earth. I did write a nice thank you card and put five $100 bills inside. Hopefully they will consider me something higher than human scum and allow me the opportunity to purchase the other model on my waitlist.
Such BS but it works ok. The $7200 Omega sells mint for $5.3-6k. The $10K sub w/ date... $15-16K. I Flipped the Tudor the next day and only lost $480 on it.
Every brand does near annual increases. Has little to do with inflation.
Probably more of a strategy to maintain resale value.
Neat to see Omega on the site though. Just bought a 9904 movement Moon phase Speedmaster recently. The liquid metal used gives it a premium look along with the domed sapphire. If moon image is looked at through 10x scope its a ultra high definition photo realistic picture with an upscaled boot print from Buzz Aldrin in the Sea of Tranquility. The detail is amazing even if not easily seen by others at a glance. A neat touch of magic.
how do you request new warranty card? from the exchange or Omega directly?

AAEFS is indeed an Authorized Dealer and you will get the 5 yr manufacturer warranty and famous Speedmaster "big box of crap" boxset. (Although the new 3861 box isn't as large and majestic as the 1861/1863 box)
Just make sure that the warranty card is marked AAEFS. People who have ordered from ShopExchange have mentioned that their cards were not properly stamped and they needed to contact support for replacements.
Anyone know if the Omega speedmaster comes with the Omega 5 year warranty, or is it 5 year warranty from shopmyexchange warranty?
No it will not. Bought my seamaster from this website and contacted omega about it and they said this website is not a authorized dealer even tho I've seen some ppl getting their cards signed. My card did not come signed.
Incredible deal for the Hesalite version. My buy it immediately price was $5200 for a Sapphire version pre-owned when there were 10% off on eBay coupons every now and then.
This is a great price but I much rather have the sapphire crystal version for the polished accent in the bracelet as well as being able to see the movement in the open back.
