Pixel 7 Pro: Mint deal at $499+plan has been in and out for over a week now, plenty of time to grab one (including now)

The "OR get it free with trade-in" after the "get $100 off" part is what's a gray area. It may just be google not being coherent which is pretty common on their storefront.
Edit: Here's what a rep just told me, though note that they are wrong constantly:
"If you purchase now you will get the same value. If you want to purchase with the offer the trade-in value may differ.
It may change to either lower or higher."
So, um..no help.
I say that only to bring up that my trade in value for my pixel 6 was $479, pixel 7 was $499, so without tax, it was an upgrade of $20.
Tax was $30, so combined was a little over $50, minutes my $60 credit, it was a free upgrade for me. I was tempted to go the Google one trick again but didn't want to deal with it this time.
if you don't mind, can you check to see what the tiv for a pixel 3a is?

I chatted with Verizon earlier today and they confirmed my carrier-locked and financed phone can be traded-in to Google without any issue and my bill will not be impacted. So fingers crossed that person is right!
It sounds better than the Best Buy deal because I don't have to hassle with getting an iPhone XR and then going to the store.
