You can pay it off as soon as you see it active in your Verizon account. There are no monthly credits tied to this.

This is a deal that does NOT lock you in for 3 years.

Got it. Signed up for Walmart+ and I now see it. Only 64GB in black color available. I was only looking for the black one anyways, so it worked out. Upgrade or new line only. Can't buy without service.

Not sure about the pros & cons . But as per the advertisement total price comes around 299. Same availabile for AT&T as well .

This is Verizon you are you talking about here

They make mistakes all the time with accounts and hours and countless calls to fix are norm, I would ymmv that comment

Verizon in SoCal is slow fwiw

Yeah, you can, and you can pay it off immediately too. Many people on slickdeals go with prepaid services so they don't have postpaid ATT/Verizon so they will hate these deals.
