I might be wrong, but I believe AppleCare is included on most Apple purchases if you buy it while having Total Tech.

Might be worth it if you're going hog wild on buying a bunch of Apple stuff at once.

I would say my sweet spot is $700 or less, but seems like $800 is the lowest it may go.

Yep. I pulled the trigger on it and the screen is an improvement over the 11 inch. I do wonder if on Black Friday proper there will be deals for this as it seems the inventory for these iPads has dwindled a bit recently.
