A 24" lcd tv with built-in Roku or FireTV may use around 40 watts an hour.
It's better to never run a lithium battery to empty, so deduct 10 - 20 percent from the Anker's 388 watts and another 15 percent deduction for operational loss. Under these operating conditions, this Anker should easily power a 40 watt TV for 6.5 hours.

388Wh means it will supply 388 watts for 1 hour ... so if your 40" TV takes 34 watts (googled it), at most it would power it for almost 11.4 hours (388/34)

Anyone know how much solar power would be needed?
EDIT
Never mind, it's mentioned on the product page itself
Solar Compatible
Works with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) to get the maximum efficiency while solar charging. Connect a solar panel to the DC input port to give PowerHouse a recharge at up to 65W.
Typically they start expanding first and then can catch fire, but they rarely catch fire.
