These are great for meal prep storage in the fridge!

Though personally, I recommend skipping using these in the microwave.

BPA was used for YEARS AND YEARS in "safe" items and containers until it was researched over and over to show it had harmful side effects via chemical leaching into contents in direct contact with the items.

Hitting these BPA FREE containers over and over with microwaves "ain't likely to help" prevent the unidentified harmful stuff in these getting into your food. YMMV. 🤷 ♂️
