    Don't bother, the 20% off coupon won't work on the OLED on Lowes anymore, as none of the 20% off works on sale items before the sale price listed on Lowes website was listed as full price so it allowed some to order the c2 and g2 heavily discounted

    I know I'm late but don't buy from Amazon. If you run into any sort of issue you're screwed. Their customer service for awful for big products. I bought a80j when it was $2000 on Amazon. The product was defective. For some reason they couldn't do a straight exchange. So the CS rep told me to order the TV at the higher price and then once I get it they will give me the price difference. Then I get this written in an email and they send this to me. Well I called yesterday and now they won't price adjust. They see the email and say they won't. All their CS reps are offshore (and I don't care) but they literally hang up on you and there is no repercussions to them. Its impossible to speak to a manager or someone higher up that is based in USA.

    I would rather pay $100 more somewhere else than deal with Amazon CS. Costco for sure.

    Now im stuck with trying to return my tv that's hanging on the wall. Wait for refund. And then I guess I'll wait for another sale.

    I totally agree with this about purchasing big ticket items like a flat screen TV. I rather pay a little bit more and purchase locally from a B&M store. I feel better should something go wrong that I am able to reach out and choke someone to right the wrong. Can't do that through a phone line.

    Was it actual amazon delivery ? Around here everything is done by third parties like ups, fedex and a local shipper for the really big stuff. Usually ok.
