This vest was nice when I tried it on in the store. It was $40 then and I passed. For $20 it's a great buy.

Very lightweight but should be good to cut the wind with a light base layer underneath.

Great when you need a little core warmth in the colder months. You can use with a short or long sleeve base layer underneath.

you can also get the slow or fast walking vest . . . so make sure to pick the one per the speed.

by the way the "backward walking vest" is just a gimmick, stay away from that.
