They are awesome even for $6 each now. Not flimsy or that thin at all and do have cushiony feel to it. The reason I like is they can go in any car and wont rip easily. you just put the top elastic loop over your car headset, and tuck that spongy holder/anchor provided at seam, between the car seat and backrest groove, and they are done with. Remember that they are not sleeves or anything similar, so the bottom seat sometimes drifts away to one side or the other as you come in and out of car.
One gripe I have is that the sponge bar/holder/anchor that tucks in between seat groove is short and kinda narrow and too soft and limp. Thus, if you have hyperactive children or unruly teens, it may slide out of the anchor groove due to the stress from rubbing and slipping. But, not a big deal, and definitely not a dealbreaker
Edit: sorry, not a 5-pc set, but 1 piece each was 4.51 for a total of 22.xx for 5. And didn't go 11.xx for all 5, but actually went up to 11.xx for 1 with blue accent, now oos. At 6, this is still a very good value considering they are not thin flimsy flaps that crinkle , but actually retain their firm shape (stiff) at seat. (Don't know how different the $5 one is and what it means "reversible"?)
