I bought one from woot last week. Overall it's an ok to good headphone for anyone that doesn't want ANC.

one would assume so... this is the cheapest headphone they make. Typically this is known as a take down model.

Bought these a few years ago, right before COVID lockdown. Its been used very minimally since I ended up buying Airpods Pro that year too. The only negative thing I have to say is the leather on the headband peels and it is very annoying, especially since I have very dark hair. Otherwise, battery life lasts more than an entire work day, sometimes two. It is comfortable to wear for 8+ hours. I am not an audiophile, so I can't really comment on the sound quality, but it sounds better than any of the $80-$100 headphones I bought previous to this.
