Okay your in the right place, I did mean the "about" page. Look deeper in the default settings and see if there is a list of web addresses that need to be turned on like "Amazon.com, a.co, amazon.co.uk" etc
Make sure to flick all those on.

Next thing I would try is going to the "about" page of the browser it opens when you click Amazon links and see if you can turn that off as a default

Good luck to you! I had this problem too at some point but it's working fine now

Doesn't work for me...Tried on Iphone and Android mobile...desktop...incognito...cleared cache...It always says "Oops something went wrong. Please try adding a payment method from Your Account page."
