PSA: Starting January 22, 2023, Citi Costco Visa cardholders will no longer have extended warranty on purchases made with the card.

I prefer the capital one venture. 2 points per dollar and they are transferable to airlines so i can get over .01 per point value.
The other 2 large issuers aren't even competing with Citi anymore, and focusing on each other.
Citi is doing their job for them.

Amex was 3% on gas, Visa is 4%. Travel 2% ->3%. Costco spending 1% -> 2%.
Actually, everything was better on the switch. The only thing that was maybe a downgrade was losing that American Express customer service and reliability.

Not true.. I use a fidelity visa 2% cash back everywhere. No need for Costco card. I got an executive membership too
It is a big deal for me now. I have to switch to a different card
Bank of America Customized Cash with Platinum Rewards is 3.5% back on Costco, grocery, and other wholesale clubs, 5.25% on gas, 2.62% on all other purchases vs Costco Card 2% and 4%.
