This is a much better power supply than the other deal for MasterWatt 750W. It is on the "A" list from the PSU Cultist. Admittedly, this is twice the price, but likely worth it for the quality and modular form.

Does it have enough outputs to run a 3080 or a 4080? It seems like it should have at least 1 more PCIe 6-pin otherwise if your motherboard needs 2 power plugs you're screwed.

This is the best psu deal right now. Better than the $90 750w version, better than the cheap/risky $30 Mastwerwatt. I think I'll pull the trigger. I'm planning on a 5600x+6800xt build. i believe 650w is enough

Probably have to run the other PCI-e ports for the 8 pin to get 3

I just bought the 650w Super Flower Leadex III from newegg for $65. Also top tier, fully modular, has RBG, and no rebate but it looks like it is now sold out. Fully modular and 10 year warranty is worth $30 or $35 in my opinion.

You probably wouldn't want to run cards like that with 650w. Or you can choose to risk using the pigtail connection where the 2 included PCI-E cables actually end in 2 6+2 connectors each, so you'd use 2 PCI-E cables and plug in both connectors at the GPU end of one cable for a total of 3. It is debated if/when it is okay to do that, some people recommend strictly one cable per required connector, meaning avoid using the pigtails. The recommended power supply for both of the cards you mentioned is higher than 650. In truth if you mesasured total system power draw at the wall you would probably find that you can get away with less, the recommendations always use an abundance of caution, but you also want your power supply to be able to handle transient power spikes where the demand might shoot up for a brief second. And it also depends on your CPU and the rest of the system.

They call the rebate a rebate card. Anyone know if there are limitations to using the $30 in it?

Anyone had experience submitting rebates for two of these? Seems like they had a similar deal last year.

I'd get a card with more headroom.

Can these run in a 240v power environment? some PSUs have a switch between 110 and 240, wondering if this one has that!
