I would go with the disc version. You can get cheaper games if the disc version of the game goes on sale plus better resell value

Totally agree. Just got PS5 last week for the 1st time. Transferring games from PS4, turns out some digital games couldn't transfer over such as Sword Art Online. Check the PlayStation app, turns out some digital games are only for PS4. This tells me, better trust the discs as you never know what PS Store might restrict you to download on PS5.

I think it's good they didn't include the god themed controller or customized panels. The scalpers will get them all and little johnny Lawrence and little Larusso won't have a ps5 under their dojos.

I bought the disc version just in case I wanted to play 4k movies, I play all digital games. I just like the convenience of not having to store and swap out discs.

Just remember Sony raised prices on PS5 consoles with their new 1200 revision outside of the U.S. They kept it the same price for Vanilla Isis because the price difference already matched the red wave inflation MSRP.
