Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
I strongly suggest holding out for a b2 or c1, which can be had for the same price.
I had the a1 - way too dim. I have both the c1 (65") and b2 (77")- significantly brighter. I could not watch anything in Dolby vision on the a1 - its just too dim.
Brandsmart USA still has this for about $200 less. I posted it and a few other SD's from this retailer recently. Some users have reported success in getting other retailers such as Best Buy to price match Brandsmart, even in out of state situations. Obviously YMMV. (The 77" is $1399)

Where do you see the B2 for the same price?

I love Best Buy and have bought tons of merchandise there, but their "open box" TVs can be horrible, even 'Excellent' ones, so caveat emptor applies!
My TWO 55" Vizio open box OLED TVs (both returned within 1 day) both had no accessories and both had MAJOR defects despite being described as "Excellent" so imagine what a 'Satisfactory one would be like (Satisfactory are the ones needed to get the lower price):
One was in great physical shape and the demo looked great when you first turn it on, but when you switched to any normal content, it had noticeable burn-in right in the center of the screen.
The other had a frame that was completely bent and shattered on the corner. It did not turn on either (I had wanted to inspect it first, but we couldn't due to some logistics with the wrapping / packing- the person who rang us up was not helpful and I did not want to try to rewrap it in the store if we had opened it).
Both were demos (likely with significant use, especially given the burn in on the one which turned on), which is never good, especially for OLED TVs given potential burn in.
They were good when it came to the returns though (luckily) and the manager offered to make it right by offering a discount on a new TV after the return associate suggested they call them over to see what they could do.
Also had a bad experience with an open box high end 9.2 Atmos receiver at Best Buy.
Almost all, but 1 of our current TVs, including a nice large Sony OLED as our main home theater TV are new (had great luck previously with some mfr refurb TVs though).
We did get a really nice open box Samsung 32" 4K TV (for our porch) for $238 or $248 (32" has very limited 4K options - 1 or at most 2 models at the time) and a new one was $499 which is too much for a 32" TV, let alone for porch use). It looked new once we cleaned the screen and came with the stand (feet) and remote.
So while open box can be good for smart watches and tablets, I would be cautious with "Open Box" TVs, even in Excellent condition. I would recommend asking to inspect them in store for physical defects and plugging them in in store before paying. (I did that with the 32" Samsung 4K since, when they brought it out curbside, it did not come in a box and the screen had not been cleaned, so they cleaned it since I wanted to ensure they were not sc scratches and scuffs on the display)
Others here have cited similar experiences with open box TVs at BB...
One thread on the BB forums was about an open box TV that the employees potentially damaged loading into someone's car and the store refused the return claiming the TV has been damaged by the purchaser.
As I said, my return experience (2 stores for the 2 55" Vizio OLEDs) was fine (not sure if my prior Elite status helped), but I was friendly and calm but confident since the damage was there when I got the TVs.
I hope BB improves its open box program for TVs, including cleaning the displays and removing significant dust (neither had been done on the displays I got) and improves the inspection and packing / storage to minimize the risk of damage (e.g. cracked corner asnd screen) before being sold like one of mine...

Purchased an open box tv in 'Excellent condition' from Best Buy. When I went to pick it up the screen was scratched and the remote was missing. I declined the pickup.
