Thanks. I got 4 of Retinol 24 Night Facial Moisturizer Fragrance-Free [walgreens.com] for $26.97, which is a great deal in itself. Now I just have to hope for the rebate to work.

I contacted Olay rebate customer support and received a response within half an hour. It looks like their gift card provider have told them that the gift cards have been sent. As per their records the gift cards were sent on the same date as the date of redeeming the redemption code. All those who have not received their gift card codes please send a request through https://www.olayholidaygiftrebate.com/support

FARK Walgreens and their Craptastic website and policies. Ive been stuck with a bunch of Walgreens Gift Cards (purchased in store - received as gifts) that are UNABLE to be used for online purchases. Supposedly, theyre "working on allowing use of gift cards online and hope to roll that out sometime next year"

Why can't Walgreen's make it so that clicking the link for participating products for the rebate doesn't take me to everything olay makes, so I have to scroll through a 15 page pdf list somewhere else to see if the things actually are part of the rebate? Also, a rebate means if I spent money, I get something reasonably equivalent to money, not a gift card to a weird small group of options like doordash, grubhub, hulu and marshall's. I'm out, this is too wonky.

To be fair, it's not Walgreens that's running this rebate. It's Olay. So, Walgreens doesn't have any responsibility to tag every eligible product for you. It's not realistic for Walgreens to edit their system for every rebate run by 3rd parties. You also don't need to scroll through 15 pages... just search for UPC. It takes seconds.

I'm not sure what your point is. If Walgreens mentions or advertises a third party's rebate, that somehow makes them responsible to do everything for you so you don't have to lift a finger? I'm failing to see the logic there.

It didn't take you to non-participating products. Most products are included with only few exceptions. This clearly isn't about Walgreens but about your sense of entitlement. I am caught up to speed now what the real issue is.

The site mentions about TJmaxx and HomeGoods gift card but it is not among the options?🤔
Can I buy Olay stuff from anywhere else (like Amazon) and get the rebate? I don't see anywhere saying that it should be bought from Walgreens.

The link is to all olay products, that's an error n Walgreen's part. If your fight here is to defend Walgreen's ability to create a usable coherent website, good luck there. They've established they are terrible at that. It's not a sense of entitlement to feel like a merchant that runs a website, advertises a promo, links to the promo, but the link goes somewhere useless and confusing to call that out as incompetent. I'm not fighting. Simply pointing out faulty logics. More importantly though, what is it that you are trying to accomplish by complaining and criticizing a deal like this? I've seen you do that on many deal threads. Look around. This deal was made FP, and we are all benefiting from it. You are the only person who's complaining based on your self-righteous view. The world isn't perfect, and no business owes it to you to do things the way you think they must. You are not in charge of the world. Accept that and learn how to co-exist better. Life will be less stressful for you if you don't focus so much on criticizing. Take care.

Log into your Walgreens account, go to your order, and select print on the upper right corner. Print it to PDF and submit it. That's what I did, and mine was approved in a day. Good luck!
