I do not understand the naysayers here, this product is excellent. With a little soap and water, a dirty paw goes in and a clean paw comes out. Cleanup is EXTREMELY easy, you dump it out, unscrew the rim, then the silicone "sheet" of phalanges unrolls flat for easy rinsing. Dry then put it back together the way you took it apart. I'm scratching my head about those who say its the same as a cup of water or that it's difficult to clean.

I thought I never need this until I bought it. Quick to get mud off my pup's paws. Those rubber around really helps scrub dirts off after a few times sticking the paw in, my pup is a labradoodle with white, curly hair so I know the pain.

There's a better chance of my dog never touching dirt again than letting me run her paws through this.

A cup, or any container, with water in it works just as well.
Those silicone 'fingers' won't clean any better than the water in the container simply swooshing around. Save yourself 10 bucks. You already own this. It's called a tall cup.
I disagree completely. I have two of these and two large dogs who run around the yard and then come in with dirt and mud on their paws. I used to use a Dickey's large yellow cup but I still had to use a paper towel. I've used these for over two years and they are 10x better than a simple cup.

Having to take them apart and rinse them out for each paw is a pain and wastes a lot of water. Don't waste your time & money.

This thing only supports 4.3". I'm sure whoever umm uses this is used to being judged. (Probably why they are using it in the first place)

I have one of these, and its the most frustrating item to try and clean and put back together. NOT TO MENTION, my dog is wriggly boy - getting him to sit still so I can stick his paw in a funky cup does not end well, ever.
Hopefully over time your dog will know not to resist as much. Mine did for awhile too but now knows the deal. Sure she still tries to pull her leg away at first, but if you grab just above the elbows and knees you can keep their legs straight and have control of them. Like anything it takes time to figure out the best way for you to do it. Also I'd recommend the ones with the lid on them. Much more convenient to store and have ready, or if you want to travel with it in the car.
Also after a couple of times cleaning the insert it got easier to put it back together (little rubber tabs that go into a slot). Other than that it's fairly simple to clean.

Doesn't make sense, flushing paws clean with a hose takes much more than a cup of water.
