Subtotal (1 item): $29.95 (i.e., bottle $17 + shipping $12.95)
Shipping: $12.95 (this one is double counted, as it was already included in the subtotal above)
COUPON CODE -$16.00
COUPON CODE -$12.95
Sales tax: $0.07
Order Total: $14.02 (If you subtract the double-counted shipping, you get the correct amount, $1.07.)

It is confusing though. They charged me $1 + tax which is awesome! But on the page that shows after checkout is complete for some reason website shows $14 LOL, the math is not mathing. Anyway, I will wait for the bottle. On my credit card I see a charge for $1 + tax.
