Shipping: $12.95 (this one is double counted, as it was already included in the subtotal above)
COUPON CODE -$16.00
COUPON CODE -$12.95
Sales tax: $0.07
Order Total: $14.02 (If you subtract the double-counted shipping, you get the correct amount, $1.07.)
