Considering getting 4. With the 2 18TB WD Reds from the deal a few weeks back, I'll have a good start on my server

Anyone think we will we get something similar from WD? even if it's a bit more expensive, the 15% off hard drive recycling program coupon WD gave me would make up the difference

you are thinking about "SMR". those were the problematic drives. "CMR" are the good drives.
ironworlf "pro" are meant for server use and these are always CMR.
