Not able to receive iPhone notifications

I recently switched back to iPhone, and it won't give me notifications of deal alerts. Oddly, SD doesn't even appear in the Notifications center for me to adjust. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Any thoughts?

For more than a week something keeps setting my alerts to paused. This is the website, I do not know if it applies to iPhones but I assume it does. I have had to set my alerts back to resumed several times.
