Resolved: Deal Alerts Inconsistent

I have a number of deal alerts set-up. I receive emails for at least some of these alerts. Other alerts are not sent. Why?

For example, I have an alert for the term "uniden". Yesterday there was a hot deal about a uniden product. No deal alert was sent. Perhaps, I should say, I didn't receive a deal alert to my email (I received others yesterday, though). Not in my junk email either.

Why have alerts unless they consistently work?

what are the other criteria on your uniden da? if you have a minimum rating specified it might not have hit that rating yet. if you want to be sure to get alerted about all threads posted you'll want to change that to "any".

You are exactly right. The deal alert rating is higher. Thank you.

i'm glad it was an easy fix!

keep in mind that occasionally a da won't fire because the op didn't include the keyword at all (or until later) but the ratings tweak should greatly improve your results.
