Buyer beware - Dell offers the worst customer service in this world! I ordered an Alienware R10 at the beginning of October - they held my payment for longer than a month while kept delaying the shipment till the end they canceled my order despite their order support, care and order alternation departments all told me a lie about they would do whatever it took to fulfill my order, WHAT A LIAR! My story is not a one-off scenario, you should be prepare yourself to go through non-stopping troubles whenever any basic customer service is needed in future. Stay away from Dell!
Plus this Alienware prebuild is not even deal. I ended up build mine in DIY using components purchased from Microcenter and Neweggs.com -the best bang for the buck!

As someone who owns an Alienware R12, I would not buy an Alienware pre-built again. The thing has no airflow.

Air cooling leads to high temp and crazy fan noise, not recommended

Never ever ever. Alienware = cheap Dell chassis covered in useless plastic to make it look like it's not just some garbage-tier Dell underneath.
...but of course it is 100% garbage-tier Dell underneath.

Whoever buys this is gonna hate thier life when it underperforms. It has awful cooling.
Do. Not. Buy. It.

The chassis on this is like an animal cage. The motherboard is custom garbage. The graphics card is custom garbage. The CPU fan? Custom garbage. Top to bottom this has to be the worst prebuilt money can buy. Even HP fares better.
Do not under any circumstances buy an Alienware unless you are gutting it for parts.
Must be an old one, I haven't seen a swing arm on recent generations. That being said it's a weird psu
Mfg date shows 2022, so got me. I did look a little closer at the PSU after this came up and it does look like it could possibly be removed from the arm.
I am sad to hear this about Alienware, I have an Aurora r5 that is running strong with zero issues (I didn't install the bios update that would have broken it) and I got it for a great price with a ton of discounts in 2016, computer is used every day for, well the entire day and its not dead yet.
Can someone please tell me who to go to for a new prebuilt gaming computer that will not screw me over after spending a couple grand of very hard earned money on it? I was thinking ABS systems.
