It's routinely this price from this seller, you can check the Slickdeals history, it's posted multiple times a month. Wait for Black Friday to see if they offer a better price. Because previously they were taking eBay offers and accepting <$200 for them, so they clearly will take less, and clearly always have excess supply

These aren't even the refurbs and haven't been posted multiple times a month. You should get your facts straight instead of focusing on the fact that you were able to get the refurbs for under 200 when they had Best Offers open.

These are NOT their refurbished headphones. These are open box/blems. Their refurbs are still $250 as seen here:

Here's the description:

I have no idea whether I'd prefer open box items or refurbs, but apparently there is a difference.

FWIW, open box is considered new, so you should be able to top up the warranty if this is an authorized retailer.
