UPDATE:

I just noticed this is the HW-B67 Instead of the HW-Q67. I have the HW-Q67. The HW-Q67 appears to support q symphony and has a 8lb subwoofer. The HW-B67 (this one) has a 11.2 lb subwoofer. I still think you should get the q700b if you don't need rear surrounds.

I found the manuals for all three, I'll read it and buy the HW-B67 tonight. But it looks like the HW-B67 might actually be a good buy because it has a better subwoofer than HW-Q67 and HW-B57, however since it is based on the q600 the q700 sound stage is most likely better.

So again, if you don't need rears, get the q700. If you need a basic all in one, the HW-B67B might just be it.

Alright.

When unpacked the bar is labeled q600b on the foam (not sure if this is just repackaging or not).

The subwoofer in the costco model is an anemic 25 watts. The other soundbar, b57C has a 45watt subwoofer that is also slightly larger and sounds a lot better.

I'm going to bet the b700q has a better subwoofer than this costco model, not sure if anyone can confirm.

If you really don't NEED a rear channel, I think the b700q is a better buy. But if you're an avid movie person and want a rear channel, then I also don't think this is right for you since the subwoofer here is pretty anemic.

I don't understand how they pair a cheaper subwoofer for a higher model.

Just a note too, the subwoofer on this model cuts out frequently and it needs to be really close to the soundbar even with the latest firmware. This didn't happen on the b57c.

There's a reason why this keeps dropping in price. I do not think this is a good buy which is a shame because the b67c soundstage is so much better than the b57c.
Tl;dr, as an owner of both b57c and b67c, I don't think you should buy this.

What is the difference between this one and the HW-Q67CB/ZA that was on sale last month for $229 - model numbers are too confusing

Here's what I've gathered.
HW-Q67CB ($229)
Additional formats (Dolby 5.1ch/Dolby Digital Plus/Dolby True HD/Dolby Atmos and LPCM 8ch)
7.7 lbs (Heavier most likely due to additional grill at the top for more air flow)
Weaker subwoofer. Model PS-WR45BB, 8.8 lbs, 130W

HW-B67C ($200)
Heavier and significantly more powerful subwoofer Model PS-WB65D, 11.2 lbs, 220W
6.8lbs
Only supports LPCM 2ch, dolby digital, DTS, DTS Virtual:X

Both
Soundbar has 6 speakers (30W x 6), same dimensions.
Same SWA-9100 surround speakers

tl;dr
HW-B67C has better subwoofer, and weaker play format support, cheaper
HW-Q67C supports q symphony and additional formats, with potentially better soundbar (but unclear).

q700b soundbar has a lot more supported sound formats, and has more drivers.
q700b driver config is (30 W x 3) + (20 W x 2) + (10 W x 3), while this is (30w x 6).

Subwoofer is 130W HW-B67C vs 160W on q700b.

The only benefit to this is you get the rear surrounds if that's more important to you. But if you want to expand later, the q700b would have a better front sound stage.

Thank you so much!

Read my above comment. Imo 700q is better and expand rear later if you need it. But if you want a cheap 5.1 then this is okay.

It is not 5.1.2 but 5.1. It has no Dolby Atmos right?
