Only negatives I can see is the blade's geometry isn't the most slicey, since it's made for stabbing, but it'll still cut decently well. Doesn't have deep carry pocket clip since it's a "tactical" knife, so they want you to be able to pull the knife out easier. The weight isn't the most lightweight at nearly 5 oz. I prefer my EDC knives to be under 3.5 oz.

This knife has a premium steel, pretty good ergonomics, good lock, G10 handles. Really good price for a solid knife.

Haven't looked into this knife but I have one of their fixed blade and it's very nice. I have two multi tools and they're both decent. So I'm willing to gamble on a cheap folding knife.

Yes, it's a premium steel. The lock takes a little bit of playing with to break in but once it does it's awesome
