Good price. Same price as the not-Prime-day Lightning deal.

Shipped and sold by Amazon. No risk of getting a fake.
I don't think that's a guarantee that you'll get authentic products. Amazon "comingles" inventory from various sellers

No, they don't. The same item from each individual seller gets an individual barcode. If you order an item sold by Amazon, they will only pick an item purchased by Amazon. If you order an item sold by Acme Inc, they will only pick an item sold by Acme Inc. If you order an item sold by Widgets Inc, they will only pick an item by Widgets Inc. My wife and I both worked as operations managers for them for years. I have very little good to say about them, but I can tell you with 100% certainty how everything works.

I'm not wrong. See above. Amazon's system doesn't work that way.

Yes. It does not come with a Reader. It comes with an Adaptor. They are not the same thing.

That's not how inventory comingling works. Sellers decide whether they want to comingle their inventory with other sellers or not. Amazon does comingle.

For those who wish to understand this and why the "commingling" isn't possible at Amazon, let me explain (again, as someone who worked for years an as operations manager for these s**tbirds). When items come into receiving at Amazon, they get tagged with a barcode specific to that item from that vendor. The same item from the same vendor will get the same barcode. It is possible that Vendor A can source parts from different places and thus within Vendor A's inventory they may have both genuine and counterfeit parts. However, the same item from Vendor A and Vendor B will never get the same barcode. Even if the same 2 items with 2 different barcodes were in the same bin, Amazon's system requires the picker to scan the barcode in order to proceed with the pick, so it's not possible for a picker to pick the wrong one. Thus, if you order an item sold by Amazon, you will receive an item that Amazon ordered - not an item from Vendor A or Vendor B. Amazon doesn't order from sketchy back channels, so you have no more risk of getting a counterfeit from a "sold by Amazon" item than you do from buying at Best Buy, Walmart, etc.

No, they don't. Sellers don't get to make that decision. I have no idea where you're getting this information, but it's 100% false.

These are the cards you want for dashcams and outdoor devices like trailcams and such. They are rated for extreme temperature variations. I have one in my dashcam and it has held up for several southwest desert summers with car temperature exceeding 140, and a few northwest extreme winters hitting the low teens. Well worth the few extra dollars for those uses.

Samsung direct is $28.49 (plus tax) and free ship with edu/mil/gov/1st discount.

BestBuy will price match too, if you chat with them. In case anyone wanted to pick it up local.

Which one is better? This Samsung Pro or the SanDisk Extreme that was also on sale for $30?
